“The host provides everything. Coffee, small snacks, filtered water pitcher in the fridge, towels, plenty of bedding. Nice sitting area to relax. The only down side was the upstairs loft bedroom. One of our guests had a knee injury and it since it was an upstairs unit it was a lot of stairs. ”

“This condo was perfect for our stay for a weekend of Volleyball games. Close to everything. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only drawback was that the AC did not work during our stay. The host was very responsive but was unable to get someone in to fix it. I understand their situation and they handled the best they could. My wife and I both said it would not prevent us from booking again!!”

“Great location. Would have like to understand this is a property with majority of university students residing. Cool atmosphere for that group of people. The building was noisy with parties in other apartments and the street noise was horrible. The cleaning fee is ridiculous. I get a 4000 sq/ft home cleaned for 200 dollars find it hard to believe this apartment cost 200 dollars to clean felt like owners taking advantage of guest. Probably won't be a returning guest. ”
