“It was comfortable stay. My room had a strange smell to it; not quite sure what it was.. The breakfast was good, suggestion of having a muffin as an option as well”

“The stay was good. However there were several groups there all at once. We were there for a roller derby tournament, then there was a wrestling tournament, and a basketball tournament attendees were all there. It was very busy and chaotic at times. A lot of kids around and parents not making them be quiet and respectful to other guests. I had a lady call me and ask me if my children were jumping. I didn’t have “children” there. It was 10pm on a Saturday night. I understand quiet time, but……

“The hotel staff made my visit a great experience. To the vallet attendant, guest services, and the bartenders. They were amazing, friendly and so helpful. The goodie bag was filled with lots of fantastic snacks. I truly appreciated the time and effort the staff took to make sure my guest and i had a great experience. Thank you!”

“The Scarlet was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I was there on business and the customer's office was literally next door. This turned out to be really important because there was a big winter storm that pushed temperatures to 10 below while I was there and it was nice to just walk about 60 yards to my customer's office as opposed to needing to drive in those conditions. The hotel staff is warm and inviting. They have a nice restaurant and bar on site that serves really good meals. There……

“The hotel is fine. Aged and in need if some repairs. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom was not securely attached. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was rather loud and need to be repaired. The sink had a crack in the bowl that looked like a hair which refused to go down the drain. Just little details that needed to be repaired. ”
