“I just finished a relaxing short two night stay at the Seascape studio suite. Upon arrival, I found the suite had not been cleaned, but after calling Munish, he quickly rounded up the cleaning crew. After a beautiful low tide sunset walk on the beach, I returned to find it immaculately welcoming. The suite has been beautifully remodeled and has everything you will need for a fantastic vacation on Monterey Bay. “We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly.”

“We really enjoyed staying at this property. The balcony is gigantic and has wonderful views of the river. The home itself is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The bedrooms are huge, everything is perfectly clean, kitchen is well stocked with equipment, and the furniture (including the beds) is very comfortable. The owner was very accessible and responded immediately to any question we had. My only slight complaint is the description that it is "5 houses from the boardwalk" is a little……

“My family and I celebrated my birthday by spending time at Sunset beach. The home is in a great location with stunning views and has many amenities including a nice hot tub. My granddaughter loved staying with her parents and having a bed above them.We struggled a bit to warm up the home, especially one of the bedrooms that has no heater. The owner provides lots of blankets to remedy this somewhat.Overall we had a fun weekend and enjoyed staying in this beach home.”

“This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.
