“Absolutely gorgeous hotel. On par with the quality I expected. I was greeted immediately upon pulling up to the valet. Someone helped me with my luggage and the bell staff made sure it got to my room after I was checked in. Staff was so polite and helpful. I was given water and a property orientation. Room is beautiful and comfortable ”

"**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel."
