I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.”

"It’s basically feel like an apartment , I stayed at a suite so the room space is good. The bed is queen size and kind of small for two people. There is paid room cleaning service and provide shampoo/soap one time while you checked in even it needs at least 6 nights stay for your booking. The neighborhood is superb since very closed to Santana row and mall. "
