“They did a great job getting our room switched when I mistakenly booked the wrong one. Also really accommodating with our dog. ”

“We tried an early check in to take luggage from the car before going for a hike and were told we’d be best to leave our bags in the car as our room wasn’t ready (about 1.5 hours early) - which didn’t seem ideal. However, once returning to the hotel from the hike, official check in was great, room was superb, explanation by the staff on all room and resort facilities was excellent. Resort staff seemed intent on making sure all guests were catered for and relaxed. Would definitely return to this……
