“Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will……

Everyone had their own space as well as areas to come together for dinner and conversation. Even took our dogs who enjoyed their stay as much as we did. We hope to stay here again. ”

“The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. “Enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Brown Barn. Such a unique fun place to stay with our family with great amenities.The view and location are perfect and foosball and pool were great fun during our down time. Rich and his wife are excellent hosts and shared events in the community they thought we would be interested in. Highly recommend and already booked our stay here again for next year. Bella and Taylor, the cows, were great entertainment for our 18 year old.”

“This is a wonderful property in Pacific Grove, CA. It is great for a family or larger group. Home is very comfortable. Great back yard with grill, fire pit, picnic table and seating. It's two blocks from the ocean and a hiking path. Our younger grandson went tidepooling every day. Also within walking distance of the Pacific Grove Golf Links, a fun course that is very affordable. My older grandson and I enjoyed that. Great vacation accommodation. ”
