“房间内的空调开了，但是，没有风，所以，室内很闷。加上丽江的海拔有2000多米，晚上睡觉常常胸闷。冰箱开着，但是不制冷，放在里面的酸奶一天之后全部坏了。在一楼的尊享大床房住了二晚，每天早晨被楼上“咚咚咚咚”的脚步声吵醒。”

“The room is super hot even we open all window when outside temperature is 8 degrees. We turn off the air conditioner/heat but still hot. Little alsrm clock went off at 1am without any setting by us on 2nd night. Master light button was terrible that could not control the toilet lights, etc. We were there for 4 nights and the light switch was annoying, old style. Your restauarant bfast is average (bacon not crispy and cold, beef salty) and menu terrible - they offered many kinds of dishes at……

“The room is comfortable and clean. Good services with shuttle bus to South Gate. Suggested to contact the staffs for shuttle arrangement in advance because it might easily get lost in the old town.”
