“The room is super hot even we open all window when outside temperature is 8 degrees. We turn off the air conditioner/heat but still hot. Little alsrm clock went off at 1am without any setting by us on 2nd night. Master light button was terrible that could not control the toilet lights, etc. We were there for 4 nights and the light switch was annoying, old style. The contact number wasn't valid, we found another contact through internet and reach the hotel finally. The staff 'Ms Cheung' gave us the hard-sell. She claimed that she will provide a day trip to Yulong Mountain with a very reasonable price. However, we found that was much more expensive than other agent. She changed her attitude dramatically after we rejected her offer.”
