“Stay was overall ok, king size bed was comfy and everything was pretty clean. Nice clean pool. Continental breakfast was cereal, toast, banana, yogurt, waffle and biscuits and gravy. All was good. Only issue is they gave me room 100 which was 1 foot away from the back door/sidedoor (which beeped everytime someone used there card to open the door) and next to the stairs door. So that’s all I heard the 2 nights I was there. Hotel was very full”

“I will never have enough words to say how pleased I am with this motel. Driftwood has such pleasant and helpful people who work hard there. Both rooms (2 different times I’ve been there) were super clean, ice cold AC and mini-fridge, nice shower stalls with great water pressure coming from the overhead faucet. “The front office is run by a very sweet married couple and they are very welcoming and friendly. They gave us a nice room and it was quite large enough comfortably for 4 people, with a fridge and a dining table. Very economical. One of the cheapest places I found even during Bikeweek, where all the hotels were charging over $350 a night, this hotel was under $200. We took our motorcycle trailer and they had a section to park our trailer in a secure area. It is very quiet even with Bikeweek……

“The Ambros was a great place to stay. My husband and i live about an hour away and just wanted to get away. The hotel was right on the beach and is in walking distances to restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly and great customer service. Matt was awesome and extremely helpful. The room was clean and updated. The bed felt like i was sleeping on a cloud. Extremely comfortable.
