“We only needed 1 night here and it worked for us just fine! Upon checking in, we realized the elevators were out of order which created a little struggle with our bags and child with mobility issues. I notified the property manager and they were unaware of the issue, but Gulfplace management addressed it and the elevator was working by the next day. The wi-fi did not work as warned in previous guest reviews. I re-set the router and still no luck. The vibe was great and the area can’t be beat. ”

“This is in a great location, easily walkable to the beach and local eateries. However, the accommodations were just OK. The unit itself smells like urine, and when I let the management know, they simply suggested I “open a window” and did not apologize or offer any air freshener. We enjoyed our time, but the accommodations didn’t feel as nice as advertised.”

“Great very nice. But the place above us had dogs. Very distracting all day and night. I am guessing they are not there all the time. Other than that very relaxing.”
