Communication with Jamie was fantastic, and the townhouse itself was beautiful—modern, spotless, and just a short walk to campus. I’ll definitely be booking this place again!”

“This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway.”

“I had to volunteer with the Tarleton parents association and did want to drive home after tye event. We stay to visit my sons and spend the remaining of the weekend with him. The cottage was nice and very peaceful. 8t made tue stay be great. Would stay there again if available when we have other Tarleton events.”

“Came down from WI for a series Tarleton vs St Thomas MN. This house was in the perfect location for us to get to and from the ballpark in just minutes. Very cozy well stocked home. Just a short drive to Hico for some sightseeing and shopping! Host had great restaurant recommendations and was easy to communicate with. ”

“Or 3 day stay was perfect. We lucked out and had the entire place with no neighbors except later on our last night. We grilled steaks on the grill, played dominoes, and relaxed. We brought a laptop to watch movies at night and used our hotspot that had a great cell signal. Amazing views! Will stay again! ”
