“Warren is an excellent host. The property is as described, and the location is very walkable to the ocean and several restaurants. We especially liked Best Pizza and Anita’s Mexican. First time spending any time in Oceanside. Perfect weather.”

“Chris is a kind generous host, there when you need him yet fully respects your privacy. When I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little hot plate so we could have eggs for breakfast, he said he doesn’t encourage cooking in the room but he’d bring me the bbq. Next thing I know there’s the bbq and a banquet table with a nice table cloth with bbq utensils, cookware, plates and silverware in the Japanese inspired courtyard!The rooms have comfy cozy beds with soft sheets and off the……

“We had a wonderful time in Oceanside. It was nice to come back to a mini house then a hotel room. It was nice and quiet. Beautiful environment and nice hosts. We will definitely try to get this same place next year.”

The location was perfect; it was perfectly nestled in a beautiful mountain type setting, offering a peaceful escape, yet it was still just a short drive to the beach, the best of both worlds Most importantly, the host was phenomenal, he was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. “Great location close to downtown Vista with many great restaurants to choose from. Host was great providing specific instructions on how to locate the property as it could be challenging in the dark, Debra made it easy to find . Place was very comfortable would definitely book again if we are ever down that way again ”
