“Top! Gute Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zur Ablagestelle für Hafenrundtour und super Rooftop-Bar und auch noch fußläufig zum Bahnhof. Braille-Schrift, Rollstuhlrampe, Kaffee und Wasser ganztägig, Bequeme Betten, Gepäckschließfächer und freundliches Personal. Lediglich die ständigen Mails zum Vorab-Einchecken haben mich genervt. Sie haben den Eindruck vermittelt, dass es ohne nicht geht. Ärgerlich, wenn es aber technisch nicht funktioniert. Man kann übrigens ganz normal auch vor Ort einchecken.”

“We stayed in a family suite for a few nights in mid-May and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The room was spacious with a closed bedroom for children and a small kitchen nook with fridge and sink (no supplies provided). Breakfast was fantastic and included many options (the tiny jars of hagelslag were a tourists' dream!), and the self-serve beverage station in the charming Victorian lobby was among the best I've encountered (hot beverages, cold water, small treats). “staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”
