I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to camping or a cheap motel - the ‘yurts’ at Whitetail Creek were perfect. Comfortable double bed and plenty space inside, BBQ to cook my own dinner, and a large shared fire pit for evenings. Everything I needed, and run by friendly and competent people! Be aware that if it gets cold you’ll want all the blankets (ask for more if you need), and there is no electricity in the tent, but several electric lanterns for light. And it’s a couple hundred feet……
