“There were no staff from arrival to departure. The kitchen is very poorly supplied. The rooms are basic. The booking said clearly that we could pay on arrival, and we wanted to pay on our Canadian debit card, but the payment was taken on our English credit card a week or so before arrival. They have the market because there is so little accommodation in the area, but their winter service is awful.”
