“Nice clean and modern apartment located walking distance from a lot of resources. The communication was a little difficult with an elaborate app/website to navigate. Walls were a little thin, although noise levels weren't too bad. Trash smell was a little strong in and near the apartment.”

“The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was quiet during my stay, but I don't think there was anyone in the apartment above me so can't really say if it would be noisier if there was someone above. Overall it was a comfortable stay. ”

“The place was really nice and clean. The beds were soft. The host added nice little thoughtful touches to the apartment. My kids thought the upgrades to the lights were great. I would definitely stay there again!!”

“Great location for a one bedroom in Downtown Decatur. The check in was a bit confusing, but was able to communicate with the owner at the time of check in which helped. The only downside was a fire alarm building wide that occurred after 11:00 pm. I had no way of communicating with anyone in the bldg at the time. Scary as it work me from a sound sleep.Owner says it is rare.The only other thing that bothered me is some sketchy activity of others in the parking deck, mostly during evening hours.”

“Place looked like projects babies in the street unattended music blasting people hanging out car windows blowing weed smoke we never got access code to check in unit to see the inside vrbo was unable to reach host number they have listed is disconnected we had to book a hotel for our 3 day stay worst experience ever”

“Me, my wife and our three kids really enjoyed our stay here. It was a short walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Decatur. The pool is small but wasn't crowded at all and we had a lot of fun there. This is a very nice and quiet apartment complex. The hosts were great to deal with. I'm sure we will stay here again in the future.”
