“We booked a king bed room for 3 nights. Not only was the room nothing like the pictures but it was dingy and unclean. We booked a little under A MONTH in advance. The bed was a full size, NOT a king and the floorboards were peeling. The so-called “cable” is a lie unless you bring your own batteries because the remote had none. The bathroom had a lot of bugs as well, specifically roaches. The water pressure was bad and the water barely turned warm. The door to the hotel room itself was broken and……

“Upon arrival we were informed that we still owed $48 even though we had a receipt to show that we had paid the full amount. Finally a manager came in and said just to pay $14. It was so late we had no other choice except to pay the demand. A bullet vested security guard led us to our room after we went back to the front because our key did not work.
