“For better/more reassuring security the digital lock deadbollt should extend further into the door jam. Window blinds did not lower all the way to the sill thus allowing a large gap for someone to look into the unit. The bathroom faucet is missing a difuser thus allowing water to splash irradically. During the spin cycle the dryer makes a lot of noise as though drum may be out of alignment. There should be an overhead light so don't have to walk into a dimly lite room to turn on an end……

“Really nice renter and condo. However was harassed by the HMO Ranger lady that the boat and trailer wasn’t welcome. She was able to accommodate us by having her “boyfriend “ move his car ( I’m sure he had a designated spot) so I could park. The lack of parking wasn’t disclosed on VRBO. “Overall stay was good. My husband and i needed a place to stay with our dogs for 1 night. The proximity to downtown was great which was very convenient. The house is an older duplex similar to an old shotgun house. Everything was clean and as photographed in the listing. Its just got the necessities. Bed was comfy.
