“We booked this place when we came here for the SouthStar festival. While the park was a 20 minute ride away, there was a lot of other amenities in this area that drew us to this property. Once you find the place you won’t have any problems getting back to it. We arrived late and it was hard to see the numbers on the buildings. “We chose this property based on reviews and photos on VRBO. Pros: location, parking space directly out front, well stocked linens, cleanliness, prompt communication, and a tv in one of the bedrooms. This property was just as advertised…2 BR/2BA and had a balcony. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again in the future. This property is about 5 miles from AAM and four blocks from major restaurants and attractions on University Dr. we’d stay here again in the future.”

“Really nice renter and condo. However was harassed by the HMO Ranger lady that the boat and trailer wasn’t welcome. She was able to accommodate us by having her “boyfriend “ move his car ( I’m sure he had a designated spot) so I could park. The lack of parking wasn’t disclosed on VRBO.
