“Accommodations were clean. Great view of the ocean. Had a minor issue with the tub not draining well but owner had a plumber out the same day. Great communication. No complaints at all. We're already thinking of our next trip with family.”

“This property goes above and beyond. The cottages are absolutely beautiful. This cottage gives you the privacy that your looking for. It has access to all the local attractions and then some. If your an atver, the access trail to the main quadnb trail is literally across the road. You can walk it, drive it on your all terrain and eventually go on horseback. “We’ve stayed at this lovely property two years in a row and plan to visit again in the future. The host is so lovely and helpful, but is not at all intrusive. The view of the ocean is wonderful and it is fun to watch the boats going to and from the harbor. There is a family of eagles that make regular appearances. “We spent one week in the cottage, very quiet small town, the Kitchen in Blacks Harbour is a great place to eat. It's a short drive to the provincial beach (awesome at low tide), not far from St Andrews by the sea (chic resort town) and near many other attractions. Perfect for beach lovers, finding sea glass with the kids, and all these nice rocks they love to collect. Very friendly neighbours and we enjoyed the boardgames provided in the cottage on rainy days.”

“Great exterior deck and interior updates since we last stayed 7 years ago. We enjoyed birding and whale watching from the deck during the day and evenings around the fire during our September visit (but make sure to bring your preferred bug spray).”

“We had a great time. There was plenty of room for us and the big yard was perfect. We visited Old Sow, only 15 minutes away. We wanted to roast hot dogs and they had the fire ready to go for us, including hot dog sticks, upon our arrival! We even met the owner as we were getting on the ferry and she drove us straight to the house! We couldn’t have had better service Thank you! ”
