“We were there to attend a wedding and reception on the property. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable and served our purposes. No TV or phone However, there are no Amenities like a restaurant and White Sulphur Springs is 20 minutes away. Very open for early check-in. They sent us a text so we went straight to the room. Checkout was leave the key and go. ”

“We absolutely loved this ranch house! Susan was amazing, and you couldn't ask for a better host. We enjoyed talking with her and her family--great people! The house was immaculate and recently remodeled, with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a well-set-up kitchen and laundry. There was plenty of parking for two trucks and trailers. The views of the mountains, cattle, horses, and the countryside were spectacular. It was a peaceful environment to soak up the views of the mountains and……

“We were in Three Forks for a baseball tournament & stayed here for three nights. It’s a mountain top property where we saw deer & antelope . We had one doe come in right off the deck. The house has a great layout & was very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with dishes & accessories. Wynton was a very accommodating host. If your vehicle can handle a bumpy road & a little bit of a climb at the end I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Beautiful home and beautiful view. The property manager was very nice and informative (one great tour guide). The only issue was the location of the property at the top of the hill/mountain. For those used to such terrain it would be an absolutely terrific and enjoyable stay. Being from Florida that terrain was a bit of a challenge:>)”
