“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here……

“The stay in dinuba was everything we could have asked for. The town has grown a lot over the years. Easy access to stores and restaurants. House was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The pool was very clean and big. We hosted a graduation party and everyone loved the backyard. The AC worked great. “Amazing property- the pictures are great but being at the ranch you feel the peacefulness of the property. We arrived late and James (Jim) and Missy made sure we had cold water in the fridge- plenty of coffee and creamer, the lights on the farm driving up to the house were all on, and the house lights and fans were on (nice a cool since it was a little hot). As soon as we drove through the front gate, we felt like we were coming home! This trip was for us to celebrate our daughters graduation……

“The property was excellent. The inside was spacious and comfortable. Steve was available to help with a couple minor issues and took care of them in a very timely manner. Very friendly. “Property was clean, well maintained and exactly as described in listing. Easy check in and responsive communication with property owners/managers. “The property was easy to find. Melissa showed us the trailer and amenities. She was very nice and helpful. The trailer was rougher than expected but overall was a great stay. We really appreciated the pool, fire pit and the ac. We used the outside seating whenever we could. The ac is really loud so the tv in the bedroom was nice.
