“First, “ host” never sent any messsges; never responded to any of my emails. The place was already occupied, despite my having a confirmation! The property outside was overgrown, empty bottles/trash spread everywhere. Outdoor cats roaming on property. Current occupants allowed me to come in. The inside was very dirty, mess all over floor. The occupant kindly called “ host” who first thought I had wrong address.The occupant confirmed, with my printout of everything, that my info was correct and……

“Cabin is very clean, well stocked and owners are very friendly! Location was perfect for us. We are looking forward to coming back next summer!”

“We stayed in the Pinecone Cabin last year and had a great time. This year was just as good. Nice clean accommodations in a perfect location. The rental includes a boat slip in the marina out front. The Great Sacandaga Lake is perfect for any type of water sports. We are going back in one month.”

“Our whole family stayed at this property while in town for a family reunion. We had a toddler and an infant with us and it worked great- the host provided two high chairs and the main living area was super kid friendly. Lots of little details (e.g., plenty of surge protectors/outlets for charging, cruelty-free soaps and shampoos) made this an easy and comfortable stay.And the views!! Just stunning. It was very hot (the house was cool) so we didn’t spend as much time outside as we would have……

“We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The host was fantastic and we loved the area and everything about the property. We stayed there last year but just realized we hadn’t left a review. Such a wonderful cabin.”

“The views of this property are hands down incredible! That’s about it. We weren’t given a key to lock the door for while we were away. The house was musty and humid making our clothes feel damp and us feel sticky. The fire pit outside was crumbling down and looked like it had previously caught on fire. We were nervous to use it. The swing overlooking the pond literally fell on top of us while we were on it. There were holes in the floor, some covered by random wood. The basement with the pool……
