“We’ve stayed many times and we have always been happy. The only issue this time was a weird sewer smell in our room that wouldn’t go away even with purifier on 24/7. Another small and annoying issue was the lack of WiFi. We had to walk into the lobby numerous times to reconnect after being booted off. Very odd. We shouldn’t need WiFi on vacation though so that’s on me. Ha. It did make me pause and relax a bit without being connected. Was actually nice but could be annoying if you needed to……

“The house was perfect for our family to get together for our wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to comfortably visit with each other. Rooms were comfortable. House was well kept and the owner was great with communication. ”

“My husband and I spent a week in Bill's house and had an absolutely great time there. The location is ideal, in a quiet and green residential neighborhood by the canal, yet very close to the town center and the beaches. The backyard is lovely and we had most of our meals there. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. We were provided two bikes which we rode on a daily basis to discover Rehoboth Beach. Bill is a brilliant host. He lives next door and is super responsive and helpful.……
