“It snowed a couple of days before our stay began. When we arrived, the snow, which had turned to ice, had not been cleared from the stairway to our second story apartment. It was extremely dangerous to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Vacasa did cleared the ice a few hours after our complaint. It should have been done prior to our check in.”

“Overall the property is in a nice location, nice updates to the home and newer furniture, plenty of space for our family of four. The property does have a big ant problem which was fairly annoying. We did our best to keep them at bay, but even with morning and evening sweeping and Lysol wiping, the ants were everywhere. Also, upon our arrival, they obviously had forgotten to clean as in one of the bathrooms as the toilet was filthy, there were used towels under the sink, and old bedding piled in……
