“Overall nice stay. Home was very clean. We were able to bring our dogs. Nice yard to walk them in. Grill available. Screened porch was nice. 15min from Bethany. ”

“Very nice dog friendly property and well kept! Very close to beach, spacious screened in porch and gorgeous landscaping and outdoor shower. Main bathroom shower on the small side and got unlucky with the loud renters in the property in front of us all week and their smoking so unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space but not a reflection on this beautiful and homey rental that's close to everything Dewey has to offer. ”

“Beautiful home with ample sleeping areas. AC and hot water heater were excellent (there were 8 of us and we never ran out of hot water while showering). Video games and pool are a plus for kids and teens (pool was very clean). Corner lot and neighborhood were great for walking and taking out dogs. The home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything in Sevierville and a short drive to Gatlinburg. My kids told me that I’ve stepped up my game with……

“My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean. I have a crawling baby on the floor so, I was thankful! Beach access was close, area was quiet. Streets are walkable. Donuts at the local Broadkill store made our stay extra sweet. I will definitely book again. ”

“Staying at this unit was fantastic. You can tell the owner take pride in this unit. It has warmth, charm, and creative artistic energy. It also had newer appliances and flooring. Unlike other units, the three adults did not feel that we did not have enough space. We used all rooms and loved the screened in porch, and outdoor renovated hot/cold shower(after being on the beach). As for the location, we were not far from the happenings and nightlife, yet we were more interested in more exploring……

“My family and I LOVED our stay at this house! The house was clean, homey, comfortable and as described. It was 20 minutes from the beach and a short walk to the bay. Additionally we had little ones with us and the house had a few accommodations for the little kids (they had an extra pack and play etc). However, what we loved most was that the house had extra amenities- bikes, pool passes, grill, kayaks for rent etc. The community itself had so many things to do in addition to the pool that we……
