“Kitchen, living room and dining room were spacious, but kitchen is missing some important utensils. We enjoyed the upper deck and screened in porch. There were nice walkways to an uncrowded beach. Only a short distance to the ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park.”

“Positives of visit were: 1) kitchen while disorganized had lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils 2) the linen package was great 3) TVs & wifi were good 4) the house was acceptably cleanNegatives: 1) we stayed in this house in 2019 and it was tired and worn out then and our for 2024 stay it was REALLY tired and worn out! It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living……

“We love Bethany in the summer so wanted to experience the area in the off season. We enjoyed this home, which had a lot of charm and was very clean and comfortable for our family of four (including our girls who are 8 and 6), our moms and our dog, Lola. The location is perfect—short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully done and well-appointed.
