“Curt obviously put time and money into fixing this space and making it comfortable for a VRBO. New full size refrigerator, new stacked LG washer/drier, huge king size bed, stacked full beds with a pull out trundle bed, new toaster oven and microwave, etc. The best feature for us though was the proximity to DE Turf. It is very close making it very convenient for lacrosse tournaments.”

“Stayed here with my daughter. The house was very clean. A nice, quiet neighborhood very convenient location to beach and stores. Highly recommend. ”

“This property is very comfortable. My only suggestion is that in the Annabel Lee room is to install blinds. During the summer it starts to get light out at 5am. The sheer blinds to not provide any blockage or shade from the light. I was not able sleep beyond 5am during my stay. I never got a full nights sleep.”

“Great location, beautiful property. We rented bikes and really explored the area. Great restaurants all within walking distance. Sad to leave!”

“My husband and I had the best time staying at this home. Everything was a smooth and peaceful experience, from checking in, to communication with the property owner, to the stay itself. The home was extremely clean, modern and beach themed which we loved. This home had extra attention to detail put into it (it had a coffee bar, bathroom accessories, extra blankets, smart tv, and even had chicken nuggets in the freezer! Lol) . The location was convenient to everything. The check in process was super smooth and Christian is very nice and helpful. The 2bd apt wasn't huge but the beds in each bedroom were comfortable and we even had enough space to eat breakfast together in the well equipped kitchen. “We stayed here during our trip to the barefoot country music festival. The place was a 5 min walk from the concert and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The place was very clean and modern looking. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Property owner Anthony was totally cool and down to earth. House was full and you would never know because it's really quiet inside the unit. I was nervous because I was traveling with an infant and wasn't sure if I would disturb other guest or they would disturb us. Bathroom was a bit small and no door on the bedroom. But we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. N were able to hang a sheet in the door way for a little privacy so it all worked out great! Definitely would recommend. I liked not……

“The property was perfect for my daughter and I. We attended the Barefoot Festival on the beach, an easy walk away. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch preparations and serving. Loved that it used a keypad rather than a key. Also, it was close to CVS, Starbucks and WaWa.”
