“This could not have been more of a perfect stay. Donna is very kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay! The rental was clean, and well-equipped with almost everything we could possibly need while we were there. The beach was peaceful and private, and we saw all kinds of sea life, birds, and even a red fox! Sitting on the balcony when not on the beach was very relaxing and quiet. The rental is so close to the beach that we could make several trips in one day! We left……

“This unit is on a very quiet street. We took a walk in the morning to the end of the lane where there is a view of the creek, which is a nice birdwatching area. It’s a great place to just crash, shower and fix a meal if you are on the beach all day. Great restaurants very close by. Bed is listed as a queen, but is a really a double or full, which was ok. Would stay again. :)”

Bonuses.....coffee shop downstairs, easy parking, delicious restaurants, super farmers market, easy ride to beach, quick accessibility to groceries, pharmacy, retail. “Excellent communication with owner Jason. He was highly responsive and helpful. Condo is very clean, very comfortable beds and living space. Beautiful beach with umbrella rental if needed. Easy walk next door to Azure outdoor cafe for lunch foods/snacks. We enjoyed our long weekend immensely, very easy check-in, great parking, we did not cook any meals. “We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed — especially for cooking. A big plus was having a washer and dryer available. There was plenty of parking, and the location was super convenient, close to restaurants, stores, Rehoboth Beach (15 min), and Sports at the Beach (20 min). Kathryn was a wonderful host—very communicative, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!”
