“It's a new rental and the owners are great communicators. I expect people's experiences to get better and better. The house (1960s vintage) needs some updating, like windows that don't open if you want a breeze, and screens in the porch that were detached from their frames. The kitchen is tiny (one person only). The hot tub was green when we got there, but got fixed, more or less, during our stay. WARNING: one of the security cameras seems to be pointed at the hot tub -- take note if you're……

“It was ok at best, far from luxury as described. Alot of things looked patched instead of properly repaired.Rooms and bathrooms were dated. Hot water heater defiantly too small for size of house, if house is meant to accommodate 10 people, you shouldn't run out of hot water after 2 people take quick showers. Now to be fair,maybe this just wasn't for me , this is the first time ever renting a home, maybe this was to be expected? Personally i will stick to hotels moving forward. The place was……

“Nice place to sit outside and relax! Very Quiet and felt safe due to the gatehouse. ”

“Perfect for traveling with our dog, and he is a big one. The sliding doors maxe it perfect for letting him out, hanging on the deck, and loading the car. They had dog bowls, blankets, towels and baggies all ready. If you're going to use the kitchen just make sure to bring salt, pepper, coffee. We would definitely come again!”

“Overall had a lovely experience, spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the mountain air. Would reccomend the addition of pavers or stones from the patio to the hot tub so you don't have to step on grass.”

“The property manager was easy to talk to and absolutely helpful with everything from start to finish. The home is just as advertised clean spacious and welcoming. It was even decorated for the season. This home has all you could ask for a more. We will be staying again soon. If you have the chance book this place you won’t regret it”

“Great area and close to everything. I loved there was a fenced in yard for my dog. I loved the dog theme of the house. Response time with property manager was great. Kitchen cookware could use an update. The only other thing was the sulfur smell of the water which needs to be looked at, running the water as per the maintenance person did not help. ”
