Management needs to attend to details

"This hotel has a lot going for it: great, waterfront location, helpful staff, good on-site restaurants. Sadly, maintenance seems to be slipping thru the cracks. We stayed 3 nights and 3 times maintenance had to come get our AC working again - definitely a must have in hot, humid Wilmington. Sadly, ..."
