The location was perfect: just 15 minutes from the beach and only 8 minutes from Indochine, one of our favorite restaurants. Everything was convenient and easy to get to, but the house itself was so lovely, we were just as happy spending time there.Every detail in the home was thoughtfully arranged, and it made our weekend feel extra special. “Matt’s home was absolutely perfect! It was just right with all the amenities we could want. Close to everything including the airport, downtown and breweries in the area. We would highly recommend to those traveling to Wilmington. So many positive comments. Matt was a great host who communicated so well to make our stay a delight. ”

“It was My husband, me, son, Daughter in law and two grandbabies (ages 2 & 3). My son does not get much time off being in the army, so we were really looking forward to this trip. The unit was beautiful. (it looks exactly like the photos) Short drive to the waterfront, aquarium, beach, Museums and so much more. Not a bad restaurant anywhere. We had a wonderful time!!!”

“The home was well decorated, very clean, and we had a great time. We’re a group of young girls and felt super safe the entire time. It’s a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and a short drive to downtown. The beach is maybe a 20 min drive at most. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!”

“Check-in process was seamless. House clean and ready to accommodate. Many ammenities already provided. Communication with host was pleasant and quick. Surprisingly quiet, given the house is next door to a bar. Would stay again. ”

“Our family really enjoyed this property. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The only “hiccup” was having to switch to the adjacent unit because the initial one was not ready due to a miscommunication with the cleaning company. However!!! Our host was immediately available and accommodated us with her other unit. To be honest, we liked that one better, so we lucked out!!! The decor was super cozy, quaint, comfortable (especially the sheets and towels), and up……
