“This historic house is so cute! It's right off of the expressway so easy to get to. It is 2 blocks from the water and downtown area. There is the cutest coffee shop right around the corner. All of the houses in this neighborhood are breathtaking! The porch is so nice to sit on and take it all in! Host was amazing! ”

“We had a very relaxing stay at this home. Everything was there that you could have needed and we felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable and the home had lots of natural light which made the place so cheery.”

“The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of four. Three tvs and two toilets with room to spread out is great when traveling with kids. We were able to walk to the downtown area with ease. Lots of other area attractions were just a short drive. So many food and beverage options available!! The house itself was comfortable and safe. Finding coffee, creamer, and sugar upon arrival was a treat that our tired souls needed. The front porch with its lovely breeze was a great……

“Beautiful, spacious house with fabulous kitchen and primary bathroom. Location was perfect to explore historic downtown and riverfront. Well stocked with all kitchen ammenities , lots of high quality towels, tp, linens. Great smart tv in living room. Would only have been better with 2 things...need a smart tv in primary bedroom...would have brought a laptop if i knew there was only downstairs tv. Also please add thermostat instructions for guests. It was not intuitive at all...took 2 days and 2……

“While the property is listed as new it appears to be a recent flip with moderate upgrades and touch ups. While I would not consider it as new, it’s clean and well maintained and a close safe walk to downtown. Our pets loved the fenced in yard. ”

“Our family stayed here over the Christmas holiday while visiting other family members and friends in the Wilmington area. The house is centrally located to the places we wanted to go.The house is spacious and clean with attractive furnishings and plenty of beds for everyone. The yard is nice too. We appreciate that our dog was able to come with us.The kitchen is large but not well stocked. Cookware and utensils were in poor shape or lacking altogether. The owner was responsive to our concerns……

“The house was perfect for us, 2 teenagers, and our dog. The fenced in yard was a great hangout spot and good for the dog. To note- pets are not allowed on the beds and couch, just something to note if your fur babies are used to sleeping in bed with you. We had to kennel our dog at night which wasn’t ideal and I wish I would’ve known this before booking. The house is about 20 minutes from Wrightsville beach. Dogs aren’t allowed on the beach after March 31st, but the town itself is very dog……
