“This historic house is so cute! It's right off of the expressway so easy to get to. It is 2 blocks from the water and downtown area. There is the cutest coffee shop right around the corner. All of the houses in this neighborhood are breathtaking! The porch is so nice to sit on and take it all in! Host was amazing! ”

“The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of four. Three tvs and two toilets with room to spread out is great when traveling with kids. We were able to walk to the downtown area with ease. Lots of other area attractions were just a short drive. So many food and beverage options available!! The house itself was comfortable and safe. “Stay was great and as described, we did enjoy the hot tub and our dogs were comfortable there and had plenty of fun in area to enjoy. I also enjoyed the way the place was decorated. Very cute. However, the negative was the property management company was nearly impossible to deal with before getting to our destination and almost ruined our entire vacation by continuously contacting us electronically by mistake. ”

“While the property is listed as new it appears to be a recent flip with moderate upgrades and touch ups. While I would not consider it as new, it’s clean and well maintained and a close safe walk to downtown. Our pets loved the fenced in yard. ”

“This home had plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids 10-13 to relax and unwind. Within an hour of Myrtle Beach SC and Wilmington NC, 10 minutes from Holden Beach, plenty of good food and shopping in the area. Great host and beautiful home. Will look for this listing in the future!”
