“The cottage was a perfect place for my 16 year old son and I to enjoy the lake and the resort’s amenities. The pool was very relaxing and we had a perfect view of the lake from the cottage. We had a great time playing volleyball, pool and pickle ball. The dock provided perfect easy access to the lake and we brought our paddle board and were able to put it in the lake right from the dock. Perfect location to all the area attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back!”

“Our stay was probably one of the best experiences we have had while at Holden Beach. This property had everything! It was a vacation within a vacation including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, sand toys, a dock to fish off, walking distance to the beach and much, much, more! We will definitely be back! ”

“Got to property and didn’t even check in, House is in good condition but every house around it is dilapidated. We felt very unsafe and like we were being targeted, I would not stay here and I’m very open and typically not a fearful person. This is not a good area and truly believe we had a chance of being robbed, my son overheard people riding by on their bikes talking about drug transactions. Not as advertise and very disappointing. Owner did not give us even a partial refund so maybe be sure……
