“Open areas for views of different parts of the downtown area, direct view of the river, access to river walk! Close to Live Oak Pavillion for events! Clean, open and airy feel! Sitting spaces, fitness area, breakfast room with a wonderful attendant! We have enjoyed our time here!”

She prepares a fantastic breakfast and accommodated our every wish and need without being in our space often, like at some hotels. Absolutely zero downsides to our stay - we highly recommend and would definitely return when our plans take us back to Wilmington. ”

“Room is very small but was very clean. There are car charging stations in the parking lot but I could not get them to work for some reason. The guy that checked me in was very friendly and helpful.”

“We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several……

“The reason for four ⭐ is The Patel family goes out of their way to accommodate a customer. It's not the nicest outside YET but the rooms were amazingly fresh and clean especially for the price it's a true hidden bargain. They seemed to have been in the process of renovation and it was quiet friendly and surprisingly safe. I would definitely recommend this as a nice budget motel. And the staff are SO nice 🙂”
