“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!”

“Palazzo Sul Monte-Due was wonderful. The condo is luxurious - beautifully decorated, spacious, very comfortable bed and living room furniture, and big beautiful windows. The location to downtown couldn't be any better. I would definitely rent this condo again. Five Stars all the way! ”

“Absolutely wonderful spot in the heart of downtown. We walked to a restaurant every night ton of options within a 10 minute walking radius.Very clean apartment that’s deceivingly large. Had two little issues with the WiFi and ceiling fans but the host had a tech out for the WiFi the next day which was resolved. They also had a handyman out for the fans, though they couldn’t get it fixed right away the AC worked great! (To accommodate me who can hardly sleep with out a fan).With all that being……

“My wife and I had a fantastic time at the Pilot Lounge. The place is very clean, and very roomy. You have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The place is super close in walking distance to some of the best restaurants coffee shops, bars, grocery stores and attractions of downtown Wilmington NC. The home is located in a very beautiful historic district. You will love it, I guarantee you’ll. Cheers Norbert”

Artfully decorated, incredibly comfortable, brimming with history - couldn't have asked for a better place to turn a business trip/meeting into an extended stay overnight in Wilmington. Looking forward to breaking away again soon and making the "Steer" our base to explore all that Wilmington has to offer. The vibe of the historic downtown area was a relaxed hum :) The apartment was exactly as described - loved the original floors and windows, exposed brick walls and well appointed kitchen.
