“The reviews that I read about this hotel before booking were all very positive but unfortunately they did not match up in reality... Bed linen was dirty. Poor English language by some of the staff making it at times extremely difficult to make oneself understood. I had sent some laundry to be washed and ironed however when I returned to the hotel on my last day I was to discover that my laundry could not be located and then 30 minutes later it was then found only to be told that it had neither……

“Narainaに用事がある際には数年前から結構使ってるが、インドに慣れない方向きではないでしょう。オーナーが変わったのか？料金も年々上がるし、もう限界かなー。やっぱ次回はまたAeroCityに戻ります。”

“I did not even stay there. When I got there, the check in staff did not know what he was doing. The front of the hotel was right on the street and looked like a whole in wall. I left and went to a much better hotel. Photos on their website are not at all true.”
