Mieliśmy pokój od strony ulicy ale kompletnie nic nie było słychać, nie było również słychać innych gości hotelowych jak zamykali drzwi czy rozmawiali, było po prostu spokojnie i cicho co można było po długiej podróży odprężyć się i spokojnie móc spędzić. Pokój hotelowy posiada wszystko co potrzebne(mam na myśli środki do higieny, grzebień , kapcie nawet deska do prasowania co w żadnych innych hotelach w Niemczech, we Włoszech nie widziałam. “Check in 接待櫃台時常關閉,無人駐守,22:00後便關閉.入口只有階梯,沒有斜坡進入,對於提行李的旅客很不方便.房間沒有電話,只有冬天的暖氣,沒有冷氣空調,沒有刮鬍刀,沒有牙刷,沒有室內拖鞋.照片外觀一樓是和飯店沒有關係的餐廳,這點非常誤導消費者,且晚上用餐酒客經常大聲喧嘩,令人無法安靜入睡.電視全部皆是波蘭語的節目,完全沒有BBC,CNN等英文頻道,非常不方便.”

“Easy check in and check out, staff were very friendly. Apartment was easy to access with a coded door to the building. Everything you could need was in the apartment and it was very clean. Location was great, not too close to the busy areas but close enough to be within walking distance. Tram station and bolt/lime scooters opposite the complex. Highly recommend staying here.”
