Deer and wild turkeys visited us late in the evening which added to the charm of the area. We are already looking forward to our next stay. “Outstanding home that was perfect for our adult family of 7. Home was clean, kitchen very equipped with all of our needs as we cooked all meals except one. A beautiful area, we did lots of hiking and the sunsets are gorgeous. We had one slight problem using the community gate code, but the communication to the owner was answered very quickly and it was easily solved. We highly recommend this home and would definitely add it to our return list. gorgeous. ”

“This cabin was the perfect spot for my husband and I to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary! If you go to the mountains to soak up that clear mountain air and gaze at the mountain view then this is the place for you! We only left once to go into town for supplies. You feel like you're on top of the mountain (and you are) and you never want to come down. Great little cabin!!”

“Perfect cabin for two high up on the mountain for quiet and solitude. Setting is amazing! Everything that you need is available in the cabin plus a hot tub and very large deck with a screened in section complete with rocking chairs to sit and enjoy the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin and also exploring the town of Morganton, the Catawba River Greenway, and a local cider mill. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”
