We had friends over for dinner and found everything we needed to cook a complete meal. There was an amazing breeze off the water that allowed us to use the side screened porch each evening. We enjoyed our stay.”

There were so many issues if i list them all it would be a 3 page letter just like my email was to the property listing. To start this whole house basically leans. we said it was like alice in wonderland. It’s very apparent when entering the home. let’s see how i can break this down to fit in here to help you out. Rusted pool that was broken and not cleaned. black mold air conditioners. VERY……

“This property is absolutely adorable and in a wonderful location. However, the mildew smell was overpowering and most definitely unhealthy. The air conditioning of this home is controlled by a nest and could not be changed. So, every time we left the property the air conditioner went into an away mode and reset to 78 degrees. Therefore we were unable to improve the air quality. The strong mildew smell came home with us in our suitcases and clothing. A mildew abatement plan needs to be put in……
