“Jim's spot was the perfect place to call home while exploring Talkeetna. Not too far from the town but also so secluded and quiet. Everything was as described - we even were welcomed by homemade brownies. Jim and his pup were super friendly and kind. Falling asleep surrounded by woods is a peace like none other.”

“Fully equipped kitchen. Bbq grill on the deck. Amazing views of the mountains and the aurora borealis. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and comfortable sleeping. ”

“The cabin is quaint and clean. It was great to walk in to a warm little living room with a fire in the stove. We enjoyed the quiet woods and a spruce chicken greeted us the morning. It was worth the drive down the long driveway for a very peaceful stay.”

“The Marlin Cabin was perfect. Spacious, comfortable and had everything we could need. A wonderful, extremely comfortable king bed in a single bedroom. Windows everywhere with good blackout shades. And so, so quiet. We loved it.”
