“We had such a wonderful stay at this home, truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and so cozy. It didn’t feel like your typical rental; it really felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect, and the hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and generous amenities. “We stayed for three nights and it was wonderful. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very close to the downtown and the train station. The manager greeted us when we arrived and was great to communicate with before and during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of essentials. Comfy beds. Enjoyed an early morning hot tub dip. (Lots of mosquitos- more later in the day as it warms up). Good home base for our day trips- glacier flight, Denali park, and good adventures). The restaurants in Talkeetna offer good variety. Our favorite was the Salmon Spot followed by the Homestead and then Mountain High pizza. Lots of music venues so every evening something to enjoy. ”

“We enjoyed the house and location in Healy very much. Our family of six (four adult kids) stayed together while we went back and forth to Denali National Park. It was an easy drive from Ann's place and we saw moose every time we drove back and forth which was a real highlight! None came into the yard but were close by in the neighborhood. The house had most things we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We all really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to others.”

“Great property and location! Comfortable and roomy for our party of 6. We loved sitting outside and soaking in the scenery. Close to all we wanted to do and close to good food option (Totem in and 49th state Brewery) Highly highly recommend. PS - visits from the goodest dogs were a bonus”

“This was the perfect place to stay for us—a grocery store, gas stations, and great local restaurants so close by and only a short, very scenic drive to the national park. We also enjoyed the flight over the park from the Healy River airport just a couple miles away from the house.It was as described with comfortable beds and sofas. Being there in June, the blackout curtains worked great while the midnight sun was still out. We loved being away from the crowds and being able to prep snacks,……

“This is a fabulous home with all the amenities in a location that is in an ideal location to Denali NP and in a picturesque setting off the beaten path overlooking a lake. We give this a 2 thumbs up and will highly recommend this to anyone that asks! Thank you for sharing your home with us.”

“Very soft and comfortable bed. Had everything for a comfortable stay! Loved the peace and quiet! Kids loved sleeping on the pull out sofa and pull out ottoman so they didn’t have to share. Lovely cabin in the woods! Highly recommend. ”

“Trailside was simply perfect. Spacious, quiet, comfortable, and a great value. Generously and warmly appointed. Super friendly (and inspiring) hosts. Felt like home. Sweet dogs nearby, and a fabulous cafe next store. I wish we were here longer.”
