“Great place to stay if you arrive late or are heading to airport early, as it’s only 5min drive. The owner can arrange transport to airport for 15$. The house was very clean and exactly as described, would defiantly stay again.”

“We had the good fortune to book 4 nights at this extraordinary property and our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! From communication prior to our arrival to check out process, all was wonderful! The property itself is gorgeous with stunning views, the house has everything one could want or need and then some and the hostess, Tonia, is a gem of a human! “We had issue getting into the place at first but it was solved pretty quickly. There's a guard 24/7 at the gate. It is within walking distance of the mall and restaurants. The kids have individual room and they have their own bathroom. We rented a but we also did a lot of walking around the area when we just wanted to grab something to eat or go to the mall. ”

“I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places”

“Had a great time in Costa Rica! House was lovely and pretty much had all we needed. Communication with house managers could have been better at times but everything worked out. Accuracy of online listing is a 4 because the listing said one thing but when I asked about it, I was told it “must’ve been a mistake” and the listing was changed before I snapped proof that it was there. ”

“We had an amazing time at Casa Sammie. Patri was amazing. She communicated ahead of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed to easily find the house and check in. She gave us local recommendations for some groceries to help us throughout. She also would have been a great resource for excursions and adventures, but we had booked some stuff before we arrived. She also gave us awesome little tips along the way which made our vacation seemless. She was very responsive anytime we had a……

“I like this place because it was so close to the airport and not real expensive. We only stayed one night so we could catch our plane early in the morning. At first I wasn’t sure how safe the area was when we first pulled up but once we stayed for a little while and watched the people walking around the streets we realized it was very safe. Perfect for what we needed ”

“Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. ”
