“Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope……

“The employees made the property fantastic. Two individuals Anna and Shaikh (I hope That I spelled his name correctly) Made this a feel at home stay. We had a miss-understanding with the taxi driver that took us from the cruise dock. They took it upon themselves to resolve the problem. Every time we came to the lobby they were cheerful and beyond helpful. I would not be afraid to recommend this property to anyone staying in Dubai”

“Nice stay in this hotel. The hotel upgraded us to a two bedrooms apartment. It’s very nice to have a small kitchen. Everything is clean and comfortable. The service is good and organized. The hotel is near two metro station with 5-10mins walk. A shopping mall and lots of restaurants nearby.”

"Hotel near airport, but cannot walk across the highway to the airport. You need to take the free shuttle to airport. T3 stopping point is easy to find but T1 is difficult. Many people smoke in front of the hotel main entrance, management should consider setup a smoking area beside the hotel. "

"Excellent service. The lobby manager helped us arrange early check-in. The staff kindly helped us take the luggage to the room. I'm sorry that I was too tired to remember their names at that time. The location is very good. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Dubai mall and Kite beach."
