“This was my first visit to Doha and I experienced a great customer service at this hotel. Starting from security, receptionist, dining staff and property manager we were very welcomed! Any questions or concerns were resolved immediately. Loved this place, perfect room and needs all what family is looking for. Great security system in each floor. “It takes over than one hour to get some towels because there was no towels when we arrive .. and to open the extra bed after 8 calls and several msgs .. and the reception wasn’t friendly at all .. our stay ways only for 8 hours but it wasn’t good at all ”
