“Clean, cute, well maintained, great price. Advertised breakfast included but it was not included (bait & switch). Check this out for yourself (not a big problem for us but annoying). Host was very slow in sending confirmation & check in process…anxiety provoking. It’s in the middle of town so be ready for hectic & chaotic energy (not to mention gas fumes).”

“You cannot ask for a better location than Surf Ranch. It is directly across the street from a beautiful beach, there is a vehicle rental location next door, along with a surf rental and lesson company. Restaurants across the street as well. The walk to the busier part of town is quick and very doable. The breakfast provided is very nice and all the staff we dealt with were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. My only gripe was we were only provided two bath towels and two beach towels. No……

“Tracey and Marlan were great hosts. The location was easy access to everything you need. The private pool was great! The unit had everything we needed and Tracey was so kind to have some breakfast items for us as my flight got delayed several hours. “If I was to build a vacation home for myself, it would be exactly this. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to local attractions. The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease. I stayed for a week, and it was mostly a very quiet neighborhood. The only disturbance was a troop of monkeys that gathered twice during my stay, most likely interested in nearby mango and……
