“At first we were disappointed that the property wasn’t directly on the ocean, but soon overcame that when we found the beach was just a 3-minute walk & we could hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach from the villa. Plus Yvette informed us we could borrow the beach chairs from the Beach Villas on Abaco (BVOA) Cabana beach area during our stay (which we were thankful for, as we used them to watch the sunrise every morning & returned them at the end of our stay). The kitchen doesn’t have bowls……

“The house was right across the street from the beach. A short walk with lots of beach to yourself. The house was more than well equipped for our group. We had a lovely stay for our party of 12. The only issues we had were cleanliness of the pool (tons of sand in it) and never saw a pool company come by to clean. I wish the pool was heated. We came the first week of April and while it was warm outside, the wind made it very cool and the pool was cold.we rented a boat (highly recommend) to island……

“We arrived by boat and arranged for a few golf carts to be delivered to the house. Orchid Bay is a beautiful gated neighborhood and ideally located to get to the market, Nippers, Grabbers etc. The property is amazing and the owner was very attentive and easy to deal with. ”

Absolutely gorgeous!We had a problem withvthe golf cart, but by calling Maria, we had a new one cery promptly! I would highly recommend this condo. The only negative is, the living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable. But that would not keep me from returning. ”

“My family and I had a wonderful vacation thanks to Heather and her beautiful condo. The condo is on the second floor with vaulted ceilings. It’s is beautifully decorated. She has everything you could need. Even pool noodles, beach bag, insulation beach/pool bag, games, kids sand toys and cards. If we had any questions she was quick to respond. The welcome guide was great and we used all her recommendations. I would recommend anyone looking for a quite beautiful getaway book this condo. ”
