“Amazing location, perfect for people like us enjoying a peaceful neighborhood. Yet, a short drive away from shopping centers and activities. We enjoyed snorkeling and fishing at the property and the swimming pool was a plus for our teens. The house was great for us and I would have given a 5-star rating with a bit better maintenance. It was a perfect place for a group of 8 adults with plenty of space for everyone. The villa was very nice and had a huge and well stocked kitchen. “Beautiful, spacious, well equiped condo on the beach, check. Condo close to the cafe, outside bar and restaurant, check. Condo close to the workout facility, check (although there is a cost for the outdoor bar and workout facility we thought it was worth two in our group that excersised to pay the fee). Jet ski, paddleboard and kayak rental right on the beach, check (we rented some jet skis at Paradise Beach close to Atlantis but the units at Palm Cay were superior and Paulie who rented them to……

“From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed by Tiffany. The house was perfect. There were 7 in our group adults and children. We all had our own space and never felt crowded. The view from this house was breathtaking. You could jump in the ocean right from the back deck. The pool was great for the kids. We felt very safe staying here. “My family of seven just got got back from an amazing week at Andrea’s place in Nassau. The home/property is absolutely gorgeous (we were shocked with how nice it is) and Andrea’s customer service / responsiveness was excellent. The house itself is amazing, but the patio / pool area are truly incredible - it felt like we were in a private, luxury hotel. I would highly recommend this property and we will be back!”

“Our condo was absolutely amazing! The host had everything we needed to start our vacation. The condo was very clean. There were many bath and beach towels to use. Our host provided a taxi to use “Fed” who was always on time and very knowledgeable of the Island. I recommend getting a golf cart as it’s fun and easy to get to beach. “We spent a week in this home soaking up the sun, sea, and time together. The pool is not big, but the kids loved every minute splashing around in it, plus it was just outside the house, and there was a hammock for relaxing reading/supervising.
