“The Villa was exactly the same as the photos. Pool right outside the door. Great communication with Winnie-she even made us a welcome cake. Renting a golf cart is a must! We had an awesome trip!”

And we discovered the closet which we named “Walmart” because we could find everything there, From extra floats to body soap and water shoes!! “We had an incredible vacation, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. there were a few hiccups for the first few days, but it was always rectified with a professional manner..Only drawback which has nothing to do with the beautiful townhome, is the location of Palm Cay. It’s not located near anything at all..It was fine for us as we relaxed at the beach and pool..just what we wanted. But if you’re looking to be closer to Paradise Island, Palm Cay is not close by..I would definitely recommend the……

“The property was as described. It was clean and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The patio/ pool in the back a great feature. We enjoyed being able to walk only a few yards to see the water. The owner was informative and addressed questions/requests, efficiently. We enjoyed being away from touristy areas, but found the need to take a taxi most everywhere. There are a couple of grocery stores a 20-30 minute walk away. “Our extended family had an amazing and very relaxing week at Rosalie and Robbie’s place on the beach. They were both extremely responsive to any questions and very helpful suggesting grocery shoppers to stock the kitchen for our arrival and drivers to get us to and from the airport. There were 8 of us including a 3 yr old. The house layout was perfect for us. Everyone loved the pool and being so close to the beach. You could easily walk 3 or so km on the beach and there’s a beach bar about .5 km……

“Our family stay at the ocean spray house was absolutely stunning. We relaxed by the pool playing with our kids after a long day of playing in the ocean and touring Nassau. The neighborhood was so safe with grocery stores, pharmacies, and food all near by. The fact that it was nestled in a beautiful beach away from large touristy crowds was the best but still just a quick drive to the downtown area was everything. “We had just over a week at Water's Edge in Apr 25. We took our grown up children and our only grandchild (6yo) for a celebration for my husband's 60th birthday. The house is brilliantly well equipped inside and for the outdoors, has everything you might need, including comfy beds and all of it is good quality.
