“We enjoyed the setting... Very peaceful. We appreciated having snorkel gear to use.”

“Had studio overlooking the bay. Beautiful room, comfortable bed. M/W didn't work and range difficult to use so maid brought hot plate. Did deal with a couple large cockroaches but guess that's common to the area. Front desk very helpful with info about the area and things to do. Restaurant had delicious food but no a/c, very slow service one night, other was fine. Cash only was a bit inconvenient but there is ATM on site. Resort is remote so you will pay extra in cab fare and some taxis……

“Great place to stay, but I'd recommend renting a car if staying at Bluebeard's. The hill is no joke, and nothing is as close a walk as it looks on Google maps. You can get pretty much anywhere on the island on 20 minutes, but be prepared from steep grades, hairpin turns, and skinny roads. Hotel itself has great views, and even offers a kitchenet (a pleasant surprise). Food at both bar/restaurants is very good, and the staff kicks ass. Convenience store clerk makes a mean bagel and will make you……

“My problem was that my bathroom shower drain had hair in it and the floors wasn’t clean. Sticky and slippery. Also if there’s no towels and wash cloths on the rack where they belong look under neath the sink in the cabinet. The room was awesome awesome though. ”

“Wonderful! This is a gorgeous house, well designed for large groups. All appliances work, including the hot tub. We expect to be back next summer.”

“It is in a good location with a view. The lovely decor is just as pictured. Having restaurants and a fun beach bar on the property was so convenient. It worked well that nearby complexes could help support nice amenities like this. We didn't cook, but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to. The location was close to Red Hook, where you could catch ferries and boats for any day-trips. It also has several restaurants to explore. The notebook the owner provided included a lot of info……

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Camp grounds! This trip was a solo trip for me and I used it just for a little me time. Great place to relax and do exactly nothing. The cabin was nice and cozy. Open to nature and you will hear it as you rest and relax. I realize no place is perfect and perfection was not what I was in need for. This place was more for self therapy and peace. I would do it again if possible or if my health allows ”

“Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. The spacious kitchen has a surprising number of appliances, gadgets and even some common……

“This property has a stunning view of Red Hook and Vessup Bay, St John and other islands. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen has some dishes and cookware and a cooler that was very handy to take to the beach. You need a car with four wheel drive to get up the road to the property (road is steep and narrow). Close to the car ferry, and grocery stores, which is very convenient. We had a great time. ”

“We loved our stay at Arc du Soleil. The property was magnificent. Super clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were open air and bedrooms were air conditioned, temps were comfortable in both areas. The views were some of the best we have ever had. The team was very responsive if we needed anything. I would love to stay here again if back in St. John.”
